- At least 4 Years of working experience in cooking Indian food
- Good hands on experience in cooking North and South Indian food varieties
- Able to maintain kitchen inventories, stock ordering etc.
- Maintain kitchen safety and food hygiene
- Able to lead the team and do multi tasking
