The Position
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Assist product manager in developing marketing plan.

3. Provide clear product positioning, product selling story and effective promotion tools to sales team

4. Closely cooperate with other functions to effectively solve problems with positive attitude
Work closely with other departments of the company to effectively solve the problems encountered in the work with a positive attitude
5. Conduct product training to sales and local marketing teams. .
Execute product training continuously Improve professional product knowledge of sales and dealer teams
6. Build relationship with KOLs, develop and cultivate product speakers
Build relationship with key customers, develop and cultivate product spokespersons
7. Control budget , mak es sure promotion expenses within budget, ROI principal
Control the budget, ensure that promotion expenses are controlled within the budget, and follow the ROI principle
8. Conduct joint field calls with sales team to understand customer needs and acquire competitive information.Joint regional visits with the sales force to understand customer needs and obtain competitive information
9. Pre-Launch Management for new products(analyze target market situation, provide feasibility report, complete launch plan, pricing and assist registration)

10. Manage product specialist(s)
Assist annual budget
11. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

12. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
Comply with all compliance requirements of Roche, including but not limited to Roche information security, Roche business conduct, Roche competition law interactive dialogue, Roche safety and health environment, etc., legally and reasonably Business Activities
13. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Medicine or other Appropriate Science
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Proficient in oral and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Familiar with Microsoft Office software
Product & marketing expertise
