Y Hotels and Resorts Inc, A company engaged in establishments, operation and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of a Line Cooks who will assist in the kitchen and canteen concessionaire operations around the vicinity of Pasay/ Makati.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food which included dressings, burgers and variety of dishes.
- Operate food production equipment, these include choppers, mixers, and other vegetable, and meat processing equipment.
- Transport food or supplies for endorsement in the dining area; ensure that areas are properly set up; assembled and replenished food, supplies, and equipment as required
- Follow all directions accurately and in accordance with established production guidelines
- Receive and process orders, apportioned, and serve food to customers.
- Deliver all food requirements requested in a timely manner
- Recognize and inform supervisor of ingredient shortages and out of stocks.
- When preparations are completed, store unused ingredients, with attention to accurate labeling, dating and storing
- Participate in kitchen-cleaning side work and inventory days as directed.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Coordinate with main office in cases of emergencies or any difficulties that may arise.
Qualifications
- Relative experience as line or assistant cook or the like
- Knowledge of Asian/Western Cuisine is an advantage.
- Excellent time management and knowledgeable with the industry’s best practices
- Knowledge in baking is an advantage.

Salary: Php570.00 per day
