Principales tâches et responsabilités
Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as our Project Assistant.
About the job
To join our Project team, we are looking for a talented civil engineering projects Assistant, who will work out the necessities of a defined project and manage it until the finishing.
You will also participate in the examination of the civil works, infrastructures and buildings.
Your daily work consists of:
Design and draw future projects,
Negotiation and specification for tender requests,
Comparison of quotations / cost estimations and Capex,
Work out and supervise general technical items,
Contact with suppliers and contractors,
Supervision on site of quality, time, ability and security,
Keep up secure conditions until the finishing of the project
Check of supplier drawings and approbation for the proposed solutions,
Supply drawings for collaborators (Commodo documentation, MOS, Fire protection, Production,..).
Profil

Here is an overview of the skills required to be our future Project Assistant:
Previous experience in a similar position,
Ideally experience in the industrial sector,
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus,
Deep knowledge in AutoCAD, Word, Excel,
Able to work both with a team and alone,
Excellent ability to work under pressure,
Deadline-focused person, your know how to prioritize your work.
