Controlling team, as part of the CFO Office, is responsible for the financial planning, reporting and controlling of WithSecure group and business units. Our controllers collaborate daily with the business units and support functions to prepare their forecast, budget and long-term plan, as well as to ensure the accuracy of actual reporting. The work requires good understanding of the drivers of revenue and profitability of a growth business.
We are now looking for a Senior finance business partner / controller to replace a leaving colleague.
Your main responsibility will be supporting the EVP of our Solutions business in the financial planning and analysis. Good collaboration with the business teams and your home team in finance is a key in managing the work. Driving change and company growth will be an essential part of the daily work. Controlling team supports the monthly and quarterly financial closing of the group by providing insightful analysis. Depending on the background and interest of candidates, part of the working time can be allocated to activities related to sustainability or investor relations.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Solutions business unit EVP in the financial planning and analysis, to enable well-justified business decision-making
- Working with the Solutions leadership team to understand the business drivers and challenges
- Supporting other functions operating expense planning (exact scope of work will be defined according to the candidate’s background and interest)
- Ensuring high-quality visibility of company financials for the financial reporting purposes
- Driving development projects to support the company transformation, process development and automation.
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree in finance, business administration, industrial economics or other relevant education
- 5 years of experience in financial controlling, strategy, M&A or similar field
- Bullet-proof analytical mindset, combined with strong communication skills and loads of curiosity and willingness to learn
- Understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Excellent skills in Excel and Power point, knowledge of other members of our tool family is an advantage (Salesforce, Workday HCM + Finance, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and spoken English
