Our Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Delivery will be...
- Leading and inspiring the RGM team, driving day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Developing and executing a strategic growth plan, leveraging your sales and pre-sales expertise to expand our client base and maximize revenue opportunities with existing clients.
- Monitoring the financial performance of the RGM business, working closely with the finance team to align with budget goals.
- the face of the RGM business, providing impactful insights and reporting to the executive team.
- Driving client satisfaction and retention, utilizing your commercial acumen to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the RGM portfolio.
- Managing and nurture international accounts, representing our company at sales forums and guiding CST teams to deliver relevant analysis work.
- Developing strategic account management plans for existing clients, including pricing strategies and effective roll-out strategies for new product releases.
- Showcasing RGM thought leadership and generate significant business impact.
- Leading and empowering the CST teams, providing guidance and support to enhance their commercial interactions and align product development with business needs.
A great candidate will have:
- College or university degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in a similar leadership role, demonstrating exceptional managerial skills and the ability to inspire and influence change.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent budget management skills.
- Passion for data analytics and a knack for leveraging insights to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in financial KPIs and P&L statements, coupled with risk and cost management experience.
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel proficiency. Familiarity with project planning and business process planning software is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and empower millennial employees.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
