Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
As a Logistics Data analyst - Operational Excellence, you will perform data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and insight related to Facility Management Operations. You will be also responsible for managing projects and working with the logistics metro network operation team, Logistics strategy, Subject Matter Experts, and other Business Partners & functions.
Responsibilities:
Provide essential research and reports to identify actionable insights for improvements.
Provide management with insights and solutions on the logistic operation focusing on Logistic Metro Network
Generate, define and execute new ideas for improvements aligned with Logistics strategies and priorities.
Establishes and maintains performance metrics, KPI, and OKR to measure program success.
Liaise with project members from a different division (e.g Human Resource, Marketing, Product Team, etc) to push project success.
Closely working with all HUBs team all-around JABODETABEK area.
Provide Bi-dashboard to maintain daily operation performance

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics
Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Technical skills and knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Macro or any business process/projects management tools)
Agile, organized, and has a huge sense of ownership.
Excellent project and time management skills.
You have strong analytical skills and familiarity with business Process Improvement data management.
Familiar working with numbers, Ms. Excel and repository.
Strategic and creative thinking as we prefer long-term and sustainable solutions rather than short-term firefighting solutions
Experience in logistics and express management system also Field Operations is a plus
