Our newest opportunity is for a talented GCC National Stakeholder Coordinator to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Coordinating with authorities, developers, consultants and contractors starting from NOI submittals up to obtain all the required NOCs and Approvals from all relevant authorities to enable the contractor proceeding with the construction works.
- Submiting and following up with the different authorities for the required approvals.
- Managing approval’s process with Municipalities and all other related Authorities.
- Managing the data collection from various authorities and consultants or any other parties.
- Liaising with the project manager, upper management and coordinate with design team to ensure all the submissions are going on time and as per regulations for each authority.
- Providing timely advice to project team on the approvals process issues, procedures and solutions.
- Presenting the statutory process requirement for each project in order to be implemented in projects Programs
- Preparing and reviewing the required list of documents for different submissions.
- Representing KEO with government authorities and other parties for design, NOCs etc
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include
8 years work experience partnered with a
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Candidates with experience in dealing with authorities and government departments are preferred.
