Business Operations Associate [United Arab Emirates]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the needs of the business organization and developing plans to determine the overall direction to achieve its objectives and goals.
  • Provide, discuss, and implement a strategy to address competition, changes in customer preferences, and technological and marketing tool advancements.
  • Create innovative price and E-commerce strategies.
  • Understand trends and opportunities by utilizing customer knowledge from CRM data and customer research.
  • Structure, negotiate, and implement vendor agreements, distribution relationships, and partner agreements
  • Undertake market analysis/modeling, portfolio metric reporting, and operational support related to the firm/team’s strategy
  • Provide leadership to teams on the execution of an implementation, work plan, or other strategic initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in analytics or management consulting.
  • Advanced knowledge of data management
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
