Your tasks
1. Incoming inspection according to the inspection operation instructions.
2. Identification and isolation of defective products.
3. Check the full size of the sample according to the inspection standard, including some special tests.
4. In case of urgent, go to the supplier's factory to inspect the product.
5. Assist in the production of inspection specifications and statistical analysis of incoming inspection related data.
6. Assist in supervising the implementation of suppliers' improvement measures.
Your profile
1. Technical secondary school degree or above
2. At least 1 year working experience in IQC, including electronic materials, mechanical materials, appearance parts, etc
3. Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors
4. Have a quality management foundation, willing to communicate with people, can complete work independently, mechanical background, can understand drawings, can use basic office software
5. No color blindness, weak color, strong pressure resistance, and a sense of teamwork
