Finance and Admin Associate (Permanent Work from Home) [Philippines]


 

We are looking for an experienced Associate in Finance and Administration to join our team.

(MUST BE FROM AROUND MAKATI, TAGUIG OR PASIG)

The Ideal candidate's responsibility and qualifications are :

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable.

- Review and process reimbursements

- Track computer deliveries to new joiners and coordinate with IT for asset set-up

- Send out computer deliveries via LBC for New Joiners in the provinces (Mindanao and Visayas Regions).

- Keep records of invoices and tax payments

- Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium, Installments, etc )

- Identify and address account discrepancies.

- Process payroll account opening for new joiners.

- Track Payroll ATM activation

- Process SSS Maternity Notification and Reimbursements

- Monitor recurring payroll deductions like SSS, HDMF and company’s loan to employees

- Update ERP and Joining Bonus Tracker

- Liaison to government agencies if needed.

- Ensure BIR, SSS, PHIC & HDMF are filed in a timely manner.

- Bookkeeping schedules (Lapsing, AR and AP Schedules)

- Other task may assign.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar role.

Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)

Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures

Time-management and organization skills

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Knowledgeable in BIR and SEC compliances
