- Driving license is a must.
- Trasport labors from accomodation to site and vice versa.
- Has the ability and connections to hire daily labors from open market if required.
- Well knowledge about materials and suppliers and where to get it.
- Supervise all the labors work at site
- Has a well knowledge of civil carpenters and steel fixing works.
- Has a well knowledge of block works & plaster works.
- Has fair knowledge about MEP and finishes works.
- Egyptian is preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Active
- Maximum 40 years
