Who We’re Looking For:
The Repair and Return Administrator is responsible for supporting the processes of the Repair & Return department in Enschede, The Netherlands. This individual's most important role is coordinating various service tasks in a timely matter. This includes maintenance, loan requests and other service activities with regards to repair and returns.

About the Role:
- Show ownership of assigned tickets and ensure follow up in a timely manner
- Receipt of incoming service items (repair & returns) and administrational processing of goods
- Coordinate the repair process and the returned goods process with third party suppliers (arrange RMA, chase quotes, approve repairs, create write offs)
- Create quotations to customers and orders for repairs
- Follow-up on loan requests by making loan agreements, arranging loan items and arranging the logistics including the registration
- Monitor loaner stock level and determine if quantities are sufficient. Make sure loaners get back from customer in timely manner and increase loaner stock when required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: MBO level, administrational and/or technical trained
- Work experience: 2 years in administration
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English language, both written and oral
- Customer friendly and service minded
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of French and/or German language, both written and oral (when specifically required)
- Hands-on mentality and takes initiative
- Analytical and accurate
