Responsabilities
What are the main responsibilities?

  • Receive all customers who come to the store and provide personalized service, turning interest in our products into a sales opportunity.

  • Respond to questions and complaints, both by phone and in the store, ensuring timely follow-up, offering the most appropriate solution to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Actively promote and present all products, through the company's sales techniques, in relation to durability and care in the use of products.

  • Carry out all sales transactions quickly and efficiently, following correct cashier procedures and ensuring correct and safe cash storage.

  • Ensure high commercial levels through:

a) Keep the store permanently clean and in good condition, safe and hygienic

b) Keep the shelves with product and tidy.

c) Issuance of store receipts in an orderly manner

d) Make sure that the store is clean and tidy, performing cleaning tasks that include dust removal, cleaning and collection/cleaning of any dirt that may arise.

  • Execute and track orders and special orders.

  • Carry out the techniques learned to achieve the annual objectives.

  • Obtain a high level of product knowledge by reading manuals, product sheets, customer service and visits.

  • Participate in the reception of stock, ensuring that all necessary documentation is correctly completed.

  • Comply with the mandatory procedures for health and safety at work, in accordance with the Company's Policy and the laws that regulate it.

Carry out, where necessary and in accordance with instructions, additional tasks that are reasonable and within your capabilities
Duties
What is the required experience?

Experience in a Storefront role or in a Customer Support role

What profile are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent sales ability.

  • Interest in cooking.

  • English level B1.

  • Flexibility of schedules in case it is necessary to change schedules during the week, weekends and holidays.
